The formalization of the reservation will be made by depositing 25% of the total amount in the bank account or BIZUM of Casa Rural Mendiburu, which must be made within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the reservation request. After this period, the petition will be considered annulled.

El 100% del importe será abonado en metálico a la entrada del alojamiento, por transferencia bancaria o BIZUM mínimo tres días antes de la llegada al alojamiento.

50€ will be paid as a deposit for possible damage to household items and accessories, along with the rent payment. This deposit will be returned, discounted damages, within a maximum period of 2 days via BIZUM or bank transfer.

Prices are with I.V.A. included, and include the use of sheets and towels, as well as the costs of electricity, heating and firewood. The price of the accommodation service will refer to overnight stays or days, beginning at 5:00 p.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m. This schedule will be flexible whenever possible.

If the dissent or cancellation is communicated more than 7 and less than 15 days before the one indicated for the occupation, the owner may retain 50% of the deposit amount. If the cancellation is communicated to the tourist accommodation within 7 days prior to the one indicated for the occupation, the amount received as a deposit or deposit will be available to the owner. Clients are expected to have total respect for the facilities and in general for the entire cultural and natural environment. The client’s stay may be terminated in advance when she breaches the usual rules of urbanity, hygiene or coexistence.

The operation rules for Navarra’s rural houses not stated in the previous paragraphs will be ruled according to the Foral Decret (DF 64/2013 from November 6th).
