In Mendiburu we collect rainwater in two tanks to use it to water the garden during the hottest periods.

We facilitate the separation of waste with different containers in the kitchen and garage and encourage the use of the garden composter for vegetable waste and pruning remains.

Mendiburu is a large house with many light points where we have progressively replaced all the elements with LED.

Soon we will have an electric vehicle charger in our garage.

One of our most recent projects is the incorporation of aerothermal energy into the home’s air conditioning and DHW generation, which has replaced the previous diesel system.

You won’t see it from inside the house, but we have several solar panels installed on our roof that provide us with energy during the day.
