Reservation will be formalise with the payment of the 25% of the total price by bank transfer. This transfer has to be done not later than 48 hours from the reservation request. If not done within this time frame the reservation will be cancel.
100% of the payment will be done at the time of arrival to the house.
Prices include VAT and include the use of linens, towels as well as electricity, heating and firewood cost. Occupancy of the house stars at 5 pm and the day of departure it has to be left before noon.
If reservation is cancelled between 7 and 15 days before the arrival date the owner can retain 50% of the reservation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date the owner can retain the complete reservation fee.
It’s expected from the customer total respect towards the installations and in general to the whole cultural and natural surrounding environment. A stay can be cancelled when these rules are not respected or the customer fail to maintain urban and hygiene policies.

The operation rules for Navarra’s rural houses not stated in the previous paragraphs will be ruled according to the Foral Decret (DF 64/2013 from November 6th).
